Trimline Gutters and Rain Water Systems

Hewitt Envelope Systems manufacture a varied range of Trimline Gutters from both British Steel HPs200, European Leather grain and Pvf2 substrates. These are available in 0.7mm gauge and are ex-stock.

Gutters can be made to site dimension in standard lengths of 3000mm and up to 1500mm girth. Longer lengths and wider girth gutters can be manufactured by special agreement.

Gutters are pressed to customer specifications according to each particular contract.

Different types of joints can be supplied to customer specifications including Joggled Joints or Butt Strap joints, both of which can be punched or unpunched.

Hewitt Envelope Systems can also supply all the various associated accessories including:

• External gutter support brackets
• Loose Stopends (with overflows if required)
• Loose, welded or syphonic outlets (square, round or tapered)
• Fabricated sections including: pre-formed Tee sections, corner and box corner sections
• Square, circular or rectangular rainwater pipes and accessories (collars, brackets etc.)
• Swan neck or offset rainwater pipes and rodding eyes.

Rainwater pipes are available in standard lengths of 3000mm. Longer lengths are available upon request.

Various external protective coatings are available including: TCN440 coating or a coat of Bituminous paint applied prior to delivery.
